Description

NexGen Stage Floor leveling kit

NexGen levelling pillars, can be used on any dry surface indoor and outdoor. This staging pillar system allows you to take your staging outside and use on grass, car-parks, concrete and cobbles.

The system should be used in dry condition, as the staging platforms need to remain dry.

The system is very easy to use, and each pillar is height adjustable from 115mm to 165mm high. The pillars can also take out up to 10 degree floor gradients. Bridging a small step, curb or paving ridge is possible below 50mm high.

If you already have a stage system with riser node block feet, our system will work with your staging too.

The pillars work by placing them underneath the riser legs, each riser leg node must be supported, and each of the floor levelling pillars can accept 4 riser leg blocks.

The minimum area you should use with this kit is 2 metre x 2 metre and larger. The system should be used with only flat stages to provide a secure and no slip structure.

Safety precautions should be used to comply with your own risk assessment. Every effort should be made to level each individual pillar and stage module, supporting the stage to make sure, there are no trip hazards or slip hazards.

Made of toughened plastic, these robust pillars are waterproof, but if used on grass it should be dry.

Great product, easy to use. We have NexGen Tuff Hex platforms, and this pillar system, has enabled us to use the staging we normally use in the village hall, outside on the field, meaning we no longer have to hire outdoor staging for our summer festivals. You just have to make sure all the points are level before positioning the decks, as its a pain to try and level after. But once you get the process right, takes about 10 minutes on top of normal stage setup. well worth it.
