A Note on Craftsmanship & Delivery
Our portable staging systems are handcrafted with care and precision. They are not manufactured on machines. As with any artisanal product, minor cosmetic variations can occur —such as light adhesive marks on the frame, ply hole chips on the underside, or small wood particles on the carpet — these may occasionally be present upon delivery. These are brand new products and these items do not affect the performance or durability of the system and are often the result of handling during transit, or handmade conditions. We appreciate your understanding that just like when receiving a new carpet, an initial clean & hoover is required when first setting up. These subtle imperfections are a natural part of the production and shipping process, reflecting the hands-on quality of our work.
Ongoing Care & Maintenance
To ensure your staging system continues to perform at its best, we recommend occasional light maintenance and care. Like any professional-grade equipment, a bit of routine attention—such as clearing debris, checking fastenings, and storing components properly—goes a long way in preserving full functionality and appearance over time.
