Parts and Replacement
There are no parts to replace on NexGen Deck Platforms. You can however order new carpet if you wish to self fit new. In nearly 95% of cases, riser leg usage issues arise from mis-use of the stage system. A full list of easily replaceable riser spare parts, can be sourced from our website, keeping the legs in good order. There’s a full set of video tutorials on our website, describing how to easily and quickly replace riser tubes that may have been bent or broken in use.

Warranty
NexGen staging comes with a 12 months parts failure guarantee & a 3 year warranty, which means we expect you to get at least 3 years of unaffected use from the stage system, providing it is used and cared for properly. We do not guarantee against bent or broken rods inflicted by users during storage, assembly or takedown.
